1. Using DescriptionGen
By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please stop using DescriptionGen and delete your account.
2. What DescriptionGen Does
DescriptionGen is an AI-powered tool that generates product descriptions for ecommerce sellers. Our AI engine produces SEO-optimized content based on the product details you enter.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. Use a strong password and do not share your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use DescriptionGen to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, or offensive content. You are fully responsible for reviewing all AI-generated text before publishing it to your store.
5. Who Owns the Content
You own the descriptions you generate through your account. Keep in mind that other users entering similar inputs may receive similar output , we do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content.
6. Payments and Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We will give 30 days notice before changing prices.
7. Generation Limits
Free accounts can generate up to 1 description per month. Pro and Agency plans have higher limits as shown on our pricing page. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms without notice. You can delete your own account at any time from your account settings page.
9. No Guarantees
DescriptionGen is provided as-is. We do not promise that generated content will improve your search rankings, increase sales, or be free of errors. Always review content before publishing.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will let you know by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continuing to use DescriptionGen after changes means you accept the new terms.
